OUTSOURCING MANAGER (PRODUCER)

Job Description
We are looking for an Outsourcing Manager (Producer) to our client in Stockholm!

– Vendor evaluation process
– Testing process
– Testing briefs + assets
– Stakeholder mapping
– Vendors shortlisted for two projects
– Rates negotiated and broken down into a comparable format
– Own the contractual agreements for outsourcing (templates, definitions, follow ups and approvals)
– Establishing the internal cost matrix for outsourcing
– Step-by-step evolution of the project organizations to integrate outsourcing
– Responsibilities mapped out against roles in a RACI-style matrix
– Making and conducting tests with potential vendors
– In charge of onboarding external partners

Company Description
Our client is big in the development of computer games for mobiles and tablets with children as the target group. The basis of the games is that the children should be able to understand the games without instructions from an adult. The headquarters is located in Stockholm.

Qualifications
– 5+ years of experience with relevant projects (2D + 3D Art OS, mobile, stylized art styles)
– Experience with traditional Art OS, Co-Dev and hybrid approaches to working with external partners
– Experience with working closely with internal stakeholders (Creative Directors, AD, Lead Producers, Tech Art and internal teams)
– Experience with outlining contractual agreements and setting up SOWs + working with stakeholders in Legal, Finance and Leadership
– Artist background is a big plus

By agreement.

Admission and Application
Full time position, 40h/week. The position is supposed to be filled in April 2024 and the assignment will run for 8 months (with possibility of extension).
