Your New Role 

We are now looking for an experienced UX Designer to join a global digital product team working to transform a key internal review process into a modern, user-friendly digital tool. In this role, you’ll be part of a newly formed team, designing from scratch a scalable product that supports the full journey—from content creation and in-store assessments to documentation and follow-up.

You will work closely with product managers, developers, researchers, and business stakeholders to create intuitive, efficient solutions that help co-workers deliver a consistent and high-quality customer experience across global retail locations. You will play a central role in shaping how design decisions translate into real-world impact, simplifying complex workflows and bringing user-centered design to life.

To succeed in this role, you will need: 

At least 5 years of experience working as a UX Designer in cross-functional teams

Strong skills in wireframing, prototyping, and using design systems (e.g. Figma, Framer)

Experience designing tools that support internal operations or co-worker enablement

A solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing

Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across business and tech

Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)

Salary: According to agreement
