Senior Service Designer
Your New Role
We are now looking for a Senior Service Designer to join an exciting project within a global organisation. In this role, you will support teams in working with journey mapping and customer insights to drive smarter decision-making and stronger collaboration. You'll be part of a design team focused on strengthening service design capabilities across the organisation.
Your responsibilities will include leading and facilitating journey mapping workshops, helping teams understand and apply service blueprints, and using insights to influence priorities. You’ll act as a connector between people, processes, technology, and data to create alignment through design.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in Service Design and Journey Mapping
- Strong skills in facilitating workshops
- Confidence in using and applying a variety of design tools
- A proactive, hands-on attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience adapting to various design maturity levels
- Background in a technical role (e.g., system development) prior to service design
- Structured, collaborative working style
- Previous experience working in or with large-scale organisations
