Our customer Samsung is now looking for a Technical Supporter within Home Appliances. The company is expanding there Nordic service organization and is now looking for an engaged and dedicated Technical Supporter to support our Home Appliance Division. The Customer Satisfaction organization is a strategic part of Samsung's business and responsible for ensuring and improving the service of electronic products sold in the Nordic region. In the position as Technical Supporter, your main responsibility will be to work with tickets from B2C Call Center for Home Appliance products in the Nordics, like for example Washing machines, dryers, cooling and built in products. You also support and instruct the call center agents in how to handle different requests. You report to the Nordic CE Service Manager located in Kista, Sweden but you can choose to work from any of our Nordics offices (Sweden, Norway, Denmark).
