SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

Job Description

We are looking for our client's next Social Media Manger! In this role, you will handle incoming social media communication, using our client's social media management tool and additional dashboards, craft suitable responses on social media queries and comments to our client's fans, followers and owners in a timely manner, pro-actively engage with fans, customers, potential customers, industry professionals and journalists on agreed platforms, coordinate with central CM team, global and local marketing and PR teams to ensure brand and communication consistency, work closely with the central CM team to ensure alignment with our client's communication objectives, support care centres and CM agency with information, latest updates, planned outbound comms; be their contact person on local level, monitor and report on feedback and online reviews, monitor and report on local forum activity, build and maintain relationship with local forum admins, maintain local translated response matrix, comply local monthly report to share with central CM team, stay up-to-date with information and updates from our clients HQ and finally, stay up-to-date with the online world (social media, forums, blogs).

You need to be organized and structured and have the ability to prioritize your tasks effectively. It's important that you are detail-oriented, proactive and flexible. Furthermore, you are a team player with excellent problem-solving skills.

Admission and Application

40h/week. The position is expected to start 2022-11-18 and is expected to run until 2023-05-18, with a chance for extension. You will be employed as a consultant with us at JobBusters and work for our client in Gothenburg.
