HEAD OF GROWTH MARKETING TO FINTECH COMPANY IN STOCKHOLM

Job Description

Our client is now looking for a key team member to lead their customer acquisition growth. The person will be instrumental in the client’s continued growth journey and securing their position as the number one marketplace for SME financing. To be a good fit you love working in a fast-moving start-up environment and has shown exceptional drive and problem-solving skills in previous experiences. This position is a great opportunity to gain operational and strategic experience across many different marketing channels. Your main responsibilities will be performance responsibility for managing and growing the client’s inflow of new customers primarily through tactical marketing channels (e.g. paid search, organic search, display and social media). Continuously optimize existing marketing channels by analyzing results, testing, and learning. Manage spend levels for each channel against agreed metrics and proactively scale channels up/down. Perform tests of new channels and content. Manage relationships and negotiations with the client’s partners for marketing. Lead short term forecasting and track performance against key metrics (e.g. number of loan applications, cost per application, ROAS). Own the short-term budget and media plan. Continuously analyze results on campaign, channel, and portfolio level. Support in development of long-term branding strategies and other relevant projects e.g. brand-building campaigns, SEO projects and landing pages. Ensure messaging and design across channels is in line with the client’s guidelines. Manage production of new creatives and other relevant content.
