SERVICE MANAGER

Job Description

We are looking for a Service Manager to our client who is a Swedish manufacturer of outdoor power products! In this role, you will provide overall management and leadership for the delivery team around dealer services and you will be the single-point-of-contact for various stakeholders. Your main responsibilites will be prioritizing requirements from various stakeholders together with the Solution Architect and Business Analysts, assess change-proposals and define solutions to help the organization achieve its goals, follow up second and third line support and you will be the main coordinator/contact person in case of serious incidents/problems within the domain and finally, manage, coach and mentor team members to reach the common objectives.

Admission and Application

40h/week. The position is expected to start 2022-10-01 and is expected to run until 2023-06-30, with a chance for extension.
