HR AND REHABILITATION SPECIALIST - GOTHENBURG OR SKÖVDE

Job Description

To our customer who operates in the automotive industry, we are now looking for an addition to their HR function! In the role of HR and rehabilitation specialist, you will belong to the HR department and be responsible for and work to promote a good working environment at our customer. You will examine the need for measures and activities to promote good health and well-being. You will be an important part of our customer's work environment group and drive the work environment work forward. Your work will include our customer's operations in both Gothenburg and Skövde with placement in one of the offices with irregular journeys in between. This role is perfect for you who are at the beginning of your HR journey, or perhaps are undergoing further training in the field, and have a few years of experience from previous HR role with a strong interest and commitment to work environment issues!

Admission and Application

Part time position 20%, app 8 h/week. The position is expected to start as soon as possible and is expected to run during at least one year, with great chance for extension or employment at our customer. You will be employed as a consultant with us at JobBusters and work for our client in Lindholmen, Gothenburg or in Skövde.
