CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST

To our client who is a global technical company we are now looking for a Customer Support Specialist. In the role you will provide internal and external customer support within technical assistance, order assistance, payments and more. You will also coordinate with relevant resources to have complete case ownership and to increase customer satisfaction. Your tasks will among others be to ensure resolution of customer issues, recommend appropriate solution for customer requests, proactively inform customers about issue status based on inputs, prepare and analyze regular statistics and track regular target performance and provide results to management. Admission and Application

Full time 40 h/w and office hours. Our client wishes to start the assignment 2022-11-01 and the assignment is expected to run until 2023-04-30 with change of extension. For this role remote work may take place partially.
