CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND ECOMMERCE COORDINATOR - SAMSUNG

Job Description

We are looking for a Coordinator to our popular client Samsung, who will be responsible for securing and optimizing a qualitative ecommerce, promotions fulfillment and customer support. The Customer Operations Coordinator will be a part of the Nordic Customer Satisfaction team and will have a key role in managing the quality of customer experience. Main responsibility is to be the key contact point to the Commercial call center and the eCommerce Operations, with the result to reach an enhanced customer journey and efficient customer service with high quality.

Admission and Application

Full time position, 40h/week. The position is expected to start 2022-06-13 and is expected to run until 2023-06-12 with great chance for extension. Qualifications

  • You have previous experience from eCommerce

  • Experience from Jira, Klarna merchant and SAP is a merit
