BACKOFFICE SPECIALIST FINNISH SPEAKING

Job Description

To our customer who operates in the banking and finance area, we are now looking for a Backoffice Specialist who is fluent in Finnish. In the role as Backoffice Specialist your responsibilities, among others, will be to identifying, sharing and implementing best practices in the department, as well as being a key resource and right hand of the Team Lead. It’s a broad role with different tasks from day to day and you will also be an important link between your team and other departments. More examples of work tasks that the Backoffice Specialist will be responsible for are to ensure good follow-up towards customers and suppliers by telephone and e-mail, reporting and communicating with the brokers, training and follow-up of new colleagues, act as a backup within the team in credit handling and disbursement control and follow up the KPI goals. In the role, you are also encouraged to contribute with your ideas and suggestions for improvements of current working methods.

Qualifications

  • You have minimum 2 years of related experience within banking, finance, credit or debt collection.
  • You have experience of working in customer service.
  • You have experience of working in a coordinating role.
  • You are fluent in Finnish and English.
  • You have good knowledge in IT-systems and MS Office.
  • It's meritorious if you have leadership qualities.
  • It's meritorious if you speak Swedish.
