TALENT COORDINATOR TO CLIENT IN THE CLOTHING INDUSTRY

Job Description

We are now looking for a Talent Coordinator to our client within the clothing industry! In this role you will support recruiters in the recruiting journey, ensuring a smooth and efficient process by taking care of administrative and logistic responsibilities. This includes onboarding activities to offer the best candidate journey. You will be a crucial part of the Talent Acquisition Team and key component to creating a great candidate and hiring manager experience. Your tasks will among others be to schedule interviews, book travels, do reference and background check, drive pre- and onboarding process, assist the organization with general Talent Acquisition related questions and more.

To succeed in the role as Talent Coordinator we believe you are self-driven, structured, and used to handle many tasks at the same time. We also believe you are able to prioritize among a lot of tasks, what to start with and to focus on. Furhtermore you possess excellent communication skills and enjoy being in contact with several stakeholders. You are excellent in prioritization and planning, have an eye for detail and have excellent administration and coordination skills.

Admission and Application

Full time position, 40h/week. The position will start 2022-02-07 (possibility to start earlier) and the assignment is expected to run until 2022-06-30 with possibility of extension. You will be employed by JobBusters as a consultant at our client in Stockholm. Submit your application in English as soon as interviews are ongoing.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience of recruitment.
  • Possess basic HR skills and knowledge about HR systems.
  • Experience with onboarding and general software tools like SmartRecruiters, Adobe Sign, Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Fluent level in English in both speech and writing.
  • Knowledge within GDPR and Data Privacy is meritorious but not a requirement.
  • Knowledge about diversity and inclusion is meritorious but not a requirement.
