HR-MANAGER TO A GREAT INSURANCE COMPANY
As an HR-manager at our customer you will be work together with HR peers to manage the ongoing development of People processes based on customer needs. Your focus tasks will be on support, challenge and coach managers in areas such as change management and daily people issues. You will work actively for improvements of leadership and ensure the alignment between business and the People agenda. You will also work proactively with labour unions and manage union negotiations. Your work tasks will also include identifying and managing of people related business risks.
