SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER (JUNIOR)

Job Description

For our global customer in pharmaceuticals and biotechnology we are looking for a junior Supply Chain Manager to join the Clinical Study Supply Chain team in Gothenburg. In this role you will project manage the design, plan, and set-up of the study supply chain to ensure on time delivery of clinical supplies. You will also lead a cross-functional team enabling continuous dialogue with both internal and external partners. Among your responsibilities you will project manage the delivery of clinical supplies effectively and consistently, and input to the balance of costs and any risks to supply. You will ensure effective communication with project teams and key partners across a global network. Also support risk management of individual studies with proactive mitigation of risks that potentially impact the quality or delivery of supplies. You will take ownership for Inventory management including any rework and recalls, extensions of shelf life and expiry date management, or stock destruction.

Admission and Application

Full time position and office hours. The position is expected to start in the beginning of February 2023, and is expected to run for one year, with possible extension. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific or business subject area – equivalent experience will be considered
  • You have at least 1-3 years experience within a supply chain environment or pharmaceutical industry
  • You have experience of demand planning, forecasting, risk identification and management
  • You have experience in running projects and in?uencing customer demands
  • You have excellent English written and verbal communication skills, other language is a merit
