PROGRAM COORDINATOR - COPENHAGEN

Job Description

We have been given the opportunity to help our client with offices in Copenhagen to find a Program Coordinator for a temporary position. As a Program Coordinator you will be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operation of staffing and point of contact for client engaging managers and suppliers. Essential duties and responsibilities will, among others, include working directly with client managers to facilitate staff augmentation, coordinate all supporting activities regards to resources, suppliers and hiring managers and ensure contractor compliance with program policies and procedures. Furthermore, you will also drive the on-going training on policies for resources, suppliers and hiring managers on program and coordinate supporting activities towards Resource Managers in the program. On a strategic level you will drive the program team’s support processes and function forward, create new initiatives to improve quality, efficiency, and development. In this role you have the opportunity to work remote or in our clients office in Copenhagen.

Personal qualities

To succeed in the role of Program Coordinator, we believe that you are a skilled problem solver and find it fun to solve problems that may arise. You are used to working independently and quickly gain a helicopter perspective off the situation. Furthermore, you are service minded, structured and have good knowledge and interest in administration.

Admission and Application

Full time and office hours, on site or remote. Our client wishes to start the temporary position on 1st of October and it will end on 1st of February 2023. Qualifications

  • You have previous experience in a service desk role where you worked with case management, preferably in a 1st line and 2nd line support.
  • You are fluent in English, spoken as well as written.
  • You have previous experience of administrative duties.
  • You have good administration skills.
  • Meritorious if you have worked in a coordinating role before.
