Your new role

We are now looking for an experienced Project Manager for a consulting assignment with an international company with a strong focus on sustainability and responsible supply chains. In this role, you will contribute to the development and implementation of initiatives within Social Sustainability, with a particular focus on due diligence, responsible sourcing, and sustainability reporting.

You will work closely with a global sustainability team and collaborate with several functions within the organization. The assignment involves coordinating activities, following up on initiatives, and ensuring that work is carried out in a structured manner in line with the organization’s sustainability goals and regulatory requirements.

Examples of responsibilities:

• Develop and implement programs and activities within Social Sustainability based on existing roadmaps

• Coordinate and follow up on initiatives across different functions and geographies

• Support work on internal and external sustainability reporting, for example related to CSRD

• Contribute to the planning and execution of Human Rights Due Diligence, including risk assessments and action plans

• Support parts of the Responsible Sourcing program

• Prepare presentation materials and decision-making documents

• Plan and facilitate meetings and workshops

The company continuously works on product development and efficiency improvements in both products and supply chains to meet customers’ needs in the home.

To succeed in this role, you need

• Experience in project or program management

• Experience working within social sustainability, Human Rights Due Diligence, or Responsible Sourcing

• Experience in sustainability reporting, for example related to CSRD

• Very good English skills, both spoken and written

• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
