YOUR NEW ROLE

This is a hybrid role that spans quality engineering, technical writing and internal enablement. You ensure that data products are reliable, accurate and easy to use.

You define value streams and representative test questions with expected outcomes to align performance across business domains. You build systematic ways to detect common AI and data issues such as incorrect time aggregations, currency mismatches and ambiguous definitions (e.g. headcount vs FTE or entity-level interpretations). You also contribute to establishing observable quality through dashboards, feedback loops and clear performance thresholds.

In parallel, you create clear and accessible documentation, onboarding material and internal enablement content that simplify complex data models and business rules. You reduce internal knowledge gaps by structuring information about data models, definitions and catalogues so it can be reused across teams. You also help users understand audit trails, including how results are generated and how to interpret outputs.

You act as a bridge between technical and business teams, translating requirements into clear solutions and ensuring consistent understanding across the organisation.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED

Experience in technical writing, UX writing or similar
Experience in QA, data validation or analytics
Ability to translate complex data concepts into clear communication
