Your New Role 

As an Exterior Components & Lighting Designer, you will be responsible for creating and developing innovative design proposals based on design briefs and project constraints. In this role, you will produce creative and detailed design solutions that meet complex technical and aesthetic requirements.

You will prepare high-quality presentation materials and present design concepts during design reviews. The role also includes participating in project and engineering meetings, where you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions align with technical and project requirements.

A key part of the assignment is working closely with digital and prototype modelers, providing guidance to ensure that design concepts are translated accurately into digital models and physical prototypes.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Master’s degree in Automotive Design, Industrial Design or equivalent, with a strong portfolio demonstrating design development.
• Experience working with design tools such as Photoshop, Alias, Blender, V-Red and Vizcom.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and justify design concepts.
• Strong team spirit and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to work in a creative and cross-functional environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
