What You’ll Do

Strategize & Plan

• Work closely with design leads to refine workplace design strategies and internal guidelines.

• Document and update standards for global office design and build projects.

Design & Deliver

• Produce spatial layouts, test fits, and programs of requirements for new office locations.

• Support real estate teams with due diligence reports to evaluate potential buildings.

• Transform stakeholder feedback into clear, persuasive presentations.

• Collaborate with project managers, architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure design quality through all project phases.

• Optimize existing spaces to improve layouts and efficiency.

Improve & Innovate

• Identify opportunities to streamline processes across design and build projects.

• Support local offices with design solutions, drawings, and furniture specifications to elevate workplace experience.

Good to Know

Scope of employment: Full-time, 100%
Type of contract: Fixed-term employment as a consultant via JobBusters.
Working model: You’ll need to be on-site 3 days a week with flexibility to travel and collaborate across continents.
Start date: As agreed
End date: Covering parental leave (15 months).

To succeed in this role, you will need: 

• 5+ years of meaningful work experience within an Interior architectural or Architectural Practice, working with commercial and office fit out with a good understanding of the design process including cost-effective design.

• Proficient in Archicad, AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, and able to produce test fits, detail drawings, and joinery independently.

• Experience working internationally and collaborating across cultures.

• Fluent in English, able to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
