Global Mobility Tax Specialist

Your New Role
In this role, you will support global projects related to tax compliance processes for international employees. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to document, review, and improve tax compliance procedures linked to global assignments. You will also contribute to the development and implementation of global tax policies used by the Global Mobility function. The assignment requires strong project management capabilities and the ability to coordinate activities across multiple countries and teams. You will play a key role in ensuring that tax processes are aligned with regulatory requirements while supporting efficient global mobility operations.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
• At least 2 years of practical experience working with tax matters related to expatriates or international employees
• Experience working in Global Mobility, accounting firms, or tax consulting environments
• Strong project management skills and ability to drive process documentation initiatives
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
