UX Designer

Your New Role
We are looking for a UX Writer / Content Designer who can combine strong product writing skills with ownership of the translation process. In this role, you will be part of a cross-functional, agile product team creating mobile and connected product experiences for fabric and dish care appliances.
You will help shape end-to-end user experiences by delivering clear, useful, and accessible content that reduces cognitive effort for users. The goal is to help consumers make confident decisions around washing and drying, while supporting more sustainable usage through smart, data-driven guidance.
Your responsibilities will include:
Writing high-quality product content, including UI microcopy, instructional content, naming, and experience flows
Managing and coordinating the translation process, including collaboration with external translation agencies
Administering translation tools and supporting localization workflows
Working with brand, voice, tone, and style guidelines across digital products and channels
Collaborating with design, research, product, and engineering teams to solve user problems globally
Building strong relationships with global content and writing communities to ensure consistency across customer touchpoints

Working model: On-site in Stockholm (with potential flexibility depending on team setup)
Salary: According to agreement

End date: 2027-02-20, with the possibility of extension

To succeed in this role, you will need:
Advanced Figma skills, including components, variants, auto-layout, and responsive resizing
Experience using Figma for writing-first workflows and collaboration via comments, version history, and shared libraries
Understanding of design systems, including text style naming, component usage, and design tokens
Knowledge of how content is structured and handed off to development
Strong understanding of UX writing and microcopy patterns such as buttons, error messages, confirmations, hints, empty states, and onboarding flows
Experience writing accessible content for assistive technologies and cognitive accessibility
Understanding of localization workflows and translation tools
At least 3+ years of experience writing content for web or mobile products
Experience contributing to or creating style guides
Experience working with translation tools (e.g., Phrase or similar) and design tools such as Adobe Suite or Zeplin
Fluent in spoken and written English
Portfolio demonstrating relevant work
