Your New Role

We are looking for a Senior Financial Controller to join a Business Control team within the E-Mobility area in Stockholm. In this role, you will support the Director and the Sales & Operations Sweden department with core controlling responsibilities. Your main focus will be on ensuring high-quality reporting and improving the plan-to-perform process, including business planning, forecasting, KPI follow-up, and monthly closing. This is a more financial control-oriented role, where a strong understanding of accounting and reporting quality is essential during an interim period.

You will also act as a senior advisor to the Business Unit Controller for E-Mobility, supporting governance, improvement initiatives, and ad-hoc analysis. The role requires close collaboration with the local organization, the Business Control team, and Accounting to secure accurate financial data and insightful decision support.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Several years of experience in financial controlling, including reporting, forecasting, and KPI monitoring.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and monthly closing processes.

• Proven experience with financial modelling, analysis, and preparing management reporting.

• Personal qualities: You are structured, solution-oriented, and communicative. You work well in cross-functional teams, have a strong attention to detail, and can deliver accurate results in a fast-paced environment.
