Your New Role 

We are now looking for an experienced Music Programmer with a strong focus on instrumental music for a 12-month consulting assignment starting in January. In this role, you will create and refine high-quality music listening experiences for a global audience, covering a broad range of moods, moments, and activities. Your main responsibilities include identifying and validating playlist hypotheses, curating and maintaining a large volume of playlists, and reviewing catalogues across genres to evaluate programming potential. A key part of the role is analysing listener behaviour through both qualitative and quantitative data, especially within mood- and moment-based contexts. You will collaborate closely with the Global Editorial Team as well as various cross-functional stakeholders to support strategic content goals.

To succeed in this role, you will need: 

– At least 3 years of experience in music curation within the music or entertainment industry
– Experience in music programming, compilation work, or music supervision
– In-depth knowledge of instrumental music, composition, and instrumentation
– Strong background or interest in Wellness
– Ability and willingness to work analytically with data
– Strong cultural awareness, creativity, and excellent communication skills
