Information Security & Compliance Manager

Your new role
We are looking for an Information Security & Compliance Manager to join our client’s team in Sweden. In this role, you will take a leading position in shaping and implementing security strategies across IT and development projects. You will manage complex initiatives, provide guidance to junior professionals, and ensure secure practices across the organization. Your responsibilities include advising on security solutions, supporting cyber security initiatives, coordinating pilot projects, and engaging with stakeholders to deliver secure, high-quality IT solutions.

- Type of contract: Fixed-term employment as a consultant via JobBusters
- Working model: Hybrid; minimum 2 days per week in office (Ludvika or Västerås), remote work possible for remaining days
- Salary: According to agreement
- Start date: 2026-01-15
- End date: 2027-01-14, with possibility of extension

To succeed in this role, you will need:
Strong expertise in information security, cyber security, secure coding, and life cycle management
Experience in IT control systems, network, and cloud projects
Ability to work independently on complex challenges and guide others
Team-oriented mindset with knowledge of Agile methodologies
Excellent communication skills in English
