Category Manager

Your New Role
We are now looking for a Category Manager – Marketing and Corporate Services for an exciting global assignment within indirect procurement. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key marketing sub-categories such as Media, Content Creation, and Market Insights. You will drive sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships, and lead contract negotiations to ensure best value, quality, and innovation.
You will play a central role in identifying sourcing opportunities, optimizing supplier performance, and supporting stakeholders in achieving strategic goals. This includes analyzing procurement markets, identifying cost-saving initiatives, and ensuring compliance with company and industry standards. You will also collaborate closely with business area procurement teams to align ways of working and share best practices across the organization.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Proven track record of managing end-to-end sourcing processes, from demand management to supplier relationship management.
Strong negotiation, project management, and analytical skills.
Good understanding of marketing supply markets, business models, and value chains.
A degree in economics, business, or a related field.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (additional languages are an asset).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT systems.
