Product Content Manager
Join a global life science leader as a Product Content Manager and drive high-quality digital content from creation to publication

Your New Role
As a Product Content Manager, you will take ownership of product and therapeutic area content throughout its entire lifecycle – from creation and translation to publication and maintenance. You will ensure that accurate and compliant content is delivered and available for studies using our product suite.
You will be part of a cross-functional team of five Product Content Managers working closely with web and mobile development teams. Together, you will define, design, and develop content features for use in the Content Management System (CMS) and across multiple digital platforms.
In this role, you will:
-Collaborate with content managers to ensure a consistent content experience.
- Lead content timelines and processing within assigned squad(s).
- Coordinate content activities for app/web releases, aligning with product and study needs.
- Oversee translations, ensuring high-quality localized content.
- Support teams with updates, change requests, and bug fixes.
- Adapt quickly to overlapping tasks and strict schedules.
- Contribute confidently in cross-functional meetings with insights and solutions.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven hands-on experience with Digital Content Management Systems (CMS) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms.
- Strong background in publishing, editing, and digital content development.
- Experience managing localized content and coordinating multiple translation workflows.
- Prior experience working cross-functionally in a global organization.
- Hands-on knowledge of web and/or app content development.
- Basic understanding of web publishing, HTML, and familiarity with SEO, JavaScript, and CSS.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to work effectively under pressure.
- Flexibility to pivot tasks and meet tight, shifting deadlines.
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality user experiences.
