HR Advisor

Your New Role
We are looking for an HR Advisor to join a fast-growing, international game studio and become a key part of the HR team. Reporting to a Senior People Director, you will support the full employee lifecycle and act as a trusted HR Partner for your assigned business areas. Your work will include advising on HR policies and processes, handling employee relations cases, and ensuring a consistent and high-quality employee experience across the organisation.
You will also take ownership of HR data and reporting, supporting leadership with insights for workforce planning, talent management, performance, and engagement. The role includes maintaining accurate employee records, improving HR processes, and supporting local and global HR initiatives.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Extensive experience as an HR Advisor with strong knowledge of core HR processes and employee relations.
Strong understanding of local labour law and experience applying policies and handling complex cases.
Excellent data management skills with the ability to analyse HR metrics and provide actionable insights.
Experience from the gaming industry or large international companies is essential.
Fluent English, both written and verbal.
Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
