Your New Role
Do you dream in campaigns, think in data, and feel at home where creativity meets analytics? We’re on the hunt for an extraordinary CRM Marketer — someone who’s ready to turn messages into magic and keep millions of players coming back for more.
As part of our client’s world-class marketing team, you’ll help shape unforgettable experiences for players across the globe. You’ll plan, launch, and optimize CRM campaigns that pop up in inboxes, on screens, and in hearts.
Your quest will include:
- Building from scratch – Craft the CRM strategy that drives engagement and monetization across their beloved games.
- Running epic campaigns – Plan, execute, and fine-tune push notifications, emails, and in-game messages that delight millions.
- Bringing seasonal fun to life – Dream up and deliver bold, themed events that get players talking.
- Cross-promotion mastery – Connect worlds through clever CRM initiatives that boost discovery and growth.
- Collaborating like a pro – Partner with analytics, design, and product wizards to create dazzling, data-driven campaigns.
- Measuring your magic – Analyze performance, share insights, and make every campaign better than the last.
- Leveling up processes – Streamline workflows, embrace automation, and help their CRM systems run smoother than ever.
- Reporting that tells a story – Deliver clear updates on engagement, monetization, and reach — and celebrate the wins!
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years’ experience in CRM campaign management (bonus points if you speak Braze fluently!)
- Knowledge of MarTech tools and how they can be leveraged for live operations.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in F2P gaming industry or a related field.
- Proficiency in reporting tools like Looker - or similar reporting tools for data visualization.
- A passion for F2P mobile games, especially in the casual genre.

Scope of employment: Full-time, 100%
Type of contract: Fixed-term employment as a consultant via JobBusters.
Working model: Remote within Sweden.
Start date: In November.
End date: Initial contract will be 4 months, with the possibility of extension
