Your New Role
Are you ready to put your marketing skills to work at the intersection of finance, technology, and sustainability? We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our client’s European Marketing Team.
This isn’t just another marketing role. It’s your chance to:
- Shape how their innovative Fixed Income and Carbon offerings are positioned in the market.
- Collaborate with product experts, sales teams, and business leaders to craft campaigns that make an impact.
- Contribute to the growth of a business that’s helping transform the capital markets and support the shift towards a more sustainable economy.
You’ll be based in Stockholm working closely with their Head of Marketing for European Markets (London-based) and a team of ambitious professionals who thrive on creativity, precision, and results.
What you’ll be doing:
- Designing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies that build visibility and drive engagement.
- Creating impactful collateral – from presentations and sales enablement tools to thought leadership and event support.
- Partnering with agencies and internal teams to bring creative concepts to life, always on time and on budget.
- Driving event marketing for industry-leading conferences and seminars.
- Measuring what matters: analyzing KPIs, tracking ROI, and constantly optimizing performance.
- Leading the charge in managing the marketing funnel – from awareness to conversion – ensuring seamless collaboration with sales.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 5-7 years of B2B marketing experience, with a focus on financial services, ESG/sustainability, or/and investment/trading.
- Proven success in B2B demand generation marketing, with experience in building marketing funnels and understanding sales pipelines.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, products, and regulatory environments.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as Marketo.
- Essential experience with Salesforce and funnel management, including reporting, data, and analytics.
- Available to start immediately.
