Your New Role 

Are you a driven QA leader with a deep understanding of embedded systems and a passion for building high-quality, reliable software? We are now looking for a System Test QA/QE Lead to join an exciting project at a global product company, where you will play a central role in ensuring the robustness and performance of next-generation embedded platforms.

In this role, you will lead the quality assurance strategy for a large embedded software development team. You’ll work cross-functionally with hardware, firmware, and software teams to define and execute test strategies that ensure seamless integration and system-level reliability.

Your key responsibilities include:

- Leading QA/QE efforts for complex embedded systems

- Defining system-level test strategies, plans, and metrics

- Designing and executing black-box and gray-box tests including performance, fault injection, and long-duration scenarios

- Developing and maintaining automated test frameworks

- Driving root cause analysis and cross-team issue resolution

- Establishing QA best practices, processes, and tooling

- Coaching and mentoring QA engineers

- Reporting on testing progress and quality metrics to stakeholders

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* Solid hands-on experience in embedded software testing
* Proven leadership in QA/QE roles for complex systems
* Experience designing and executing system-level test plans
* Strong skills in test automation for embedded platforms
* Deep understanding of system architecture, interfaces, and integration
*Familiarity with fault injection and performance testing
