Your New Role 

We are looking for a Senior HR Advisor for our client in Stockholm. In this role, you will work across the full HR advisory spectrum, managing end-to-end HR processes, providing expert support on employee relations, and contributing to strategic HR improvements. You’ll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, offering hands-on guidance in areas such as local employment law, payroll, compensation & benefits, and policy application. A key part of your role will be to analyze and interpret HR data to provide actionable insights that support continuous improvement.

Remote work within Sweden is possible.

To succeed in this role, you will need: 

Solid experience in an HR Advisory role with full-cycle HR process management

Strong knowledge of Swedish employment law and employee relations

Experience interpreting HR policies and managing sensitive cases

Proficiency in payroll processes and understanding of compensation-related tax implications

High level of data analysis skills, with the ability to derive insights and drive improvement

Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written

Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Experience from tech companies, preferably gaming
