As a Game Operations Specialist, you’ll become a key member of our clients Game Operations team, working alongside 9 skilled and friendly colleagues. You will be responsible for supporting the configurable aspects of the live game client and helping operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Your work will include configuration tasks for upcoming game releases, using their internal tools to introduce and fine-tune new features, and contributing to a top-tier player experience.

You’ll work closely with Developers and Data Analysts, and play an important role in ensuring our live operations meet the highest standards of quality.

What You’ll Do

- Collaborate with various stakeholders to prepare and configure game features for release

- Use internal tools to set up, test, and roll out new gameplay elements

- Contribute to quality assurance and testing of live game features

- Participate in discussions around game improvements and operations

- Identify critical issues and help prioritize tasks to ensure smooth execution

To succeed in this role, you will need: 

• An educational background in Business Analysis, Business Intelligence, or a similar field.
• Previous experience working within the gaming industry.
• Experience with quality testing and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
