Your New Role
As a Website Content Manager you will play a key role in enhancing the customer journey after a product has been purchased. You will create, manage, and optimize website content related to services, care products, and accessories, ensuring the right message reaches the right customer at the right time.
You will work as part of a cross-functional digital experience team, collaborating with stakeholders across marketing, content, commercial areas, and local markets. Your main focus will be developing and rolling out engaging post-purchase content that drives conversion, supports business goals, and reflects the brand's voice and tone.
You will also track key performance indicators such as site traffic, engagement, and conversion rates, using tools like GA4 to identify improvement areas, present data-based proposals, and drive continuous optimization.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or relevant work experience
- 4+ years of experience in digital development and content management
- Experience using CMS tools (e.g., Episerver, Drupal, WordPress)
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4 certification is a plus)
- Experience working in agile and cross-functional teams
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong understanding of user experience and content strategy
