Staffing Coordinator
Your New Role
We are now looking for a structured and communicative Staffing Coordinator to join a creative and fast-paced Talent Acquisition team within a global tech and gaming environment. In this role, you will support hiring managers and internal stakeholders throughout the entire vendor hiring process — from defining role descriptions and coordinating interviews to onboarding new consultants and maintaining supplier relationships. You will also contribute to the recruitment processes for full-time employees by providing administrative and coordination support.
You’ll work closely with teams such as HR, IT, Finance and external vendors, ensuring smooth and efficient processes from start to finish. If you thrive in a cross-functional, dynamic environment and enjoy keeping many threads running simultaneously, this could be the role for you.
