Your New Role 

As a Production Controller, you will play a key role in supporting factory performance, financial transparency, and compliance in a dynamic production environment. You will report and analyze key KPIs, manage product costing, and lead essential controlling activities including monthly closings, expense control, and investment planning. You will also ensure compliance with both corporate policies and local legal and tax regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

- Reporting and analyzing production KPIs such as expenses, factory results, and hourly rates
- Calculating product costing and conducting variance analysis with recommendations for improvement
- Leading production controlling activities such as monthly closings, timely provisions, and stock checks
- Managing investment spending plans and creating business cases
- Ensuring compliance with internal governance and legal/tax requirements
- Acting as a key user for SAP, Excel, and BI tools

To succeed in this role, you will need: 

• Proven experience as a Production Controller or in a similar finance/controlling role.
• Strong knowledge of monthly closing, compliance, and investment planning.
• Solid understanding of local legal and tax requirements.
• Excellent Excel skills and hands-on experience with SAP and BI tools.
• To be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
