Your New Role
As a CRM-Specialist at Samsung, you'll be an essential part of our CRM team, ensuring effective execution of CRM campaigns and communication initiatives. Your role will be hands-on, with a focus on content management, campaign coordination, segmentation, and continuous improvement through data and insights.
You’ll collaborate closely with the CRM Lead, Creative teams, SDS team in London, and various internal and external stakeholders to deliver timely, targeted, and high-quality marketing communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute CRM communications with speed and precision.
- Own campaign execution, including go-to-market plans, A/B testing, and marketing automation.
- Handle daily campaign operations, including briefings, proofreading, and QA coordination.
- Manage Taxi operations (subsystem to Adobe Campaign).
- Work with segmentation and manage insight requests to analytics teams and partners.
- Ensure strong cross-functional collaboration with internal teams, agencies, and the European HQ.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with CRM communication and campaign execution.
- Proven expertise in content management and optimizing messaging based on data.
- Experience running A/B tests and using results to refine strategy.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, especially within CRM and marketing automation.
- Excellent project and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
- Knowledge of Adobe Campaign or similar CRM systems is nice to have.
- Fluency in a Nordic language is a plus.
