Senior Program Manager – Point of Sale

Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Point of Sale (POS) Program Manager to lead an important program within the retail sector. In this role, you will be responsible for launching a new POS program and managing it through its full lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues. This role requires strong leadership, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a focus on continuous improvement.
Key Tasks:
- Launch a new POS program with a comprehensive program plan, objectives, scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of program activities.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the program’s lifecycle.
- Track and monitor program progress, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
- Evaluate program success and performance, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
- Prepare and conduct project and steering committee meetings.
- Collaborate with other program managers to ensure key business areas are represented.
Qualifications
- Proven experience within the retail industry and with point-of-sale (POS) solutions.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly address challenges and maintain program momentum.
- Critical stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex relationships across teams, executives, and external partners.
- Effective communication skills to articulate vision, set clear objectives, and drive alignment across teams.
- Ability to adapt and manage shifting priorities and risks in a dynamic environment.
- Strategic leadership capabilities, demonstrating big-picture thinking, decision-making, influence, and agility to ensure short-term actions align with long-term success.

Admission and Application
This is a full-time role with office hours. Our client intends to start as soon as possible, with the assignment expected to run until 2026-01-31, with the possibility of an extension. You will be employed by JobBusters as a consultant with our exciting client. Please submit your application in English (preferably in Word format) as soon as possible, as interviews are ongoing.
