Brand Manager
Job Description
To our client we are now looking for a Brand Manager!
In the role you will have the following responsibilities:
Activations
Mass channel activations – Sales cycle planning, retailer and field sales presentations, campaigns at retailers, POSM development and support to KAM/Field sales and OTC in Mass team
Responsible for commercial fundamentals in mass/e-com (Perfect store, MSL, assortment, channel/pack size strategy)
E-com activations – lead for development of materials/campaigns such as banners, newsletters, brand pages and support KAM and retailer (development of materials for both Omni and pureplayers)
Cultural checks and ATL review
Cultural check and reviews of ATL with HUB in the Market lens system together with HUB team. Responsible for translations, reviews and approvals.
Administrator, reports and adhoc
PO & budget management – creation of PO/tracking in E-market place and follow up in budget trackers for check and overview.
Artwork reviews
Market share reporting/tracking/commenting – support with monthly and ad hoc requests together with Category Manager
Competitor reviews and reporting – tracking of competitor activities for insights and benchmark
NPI tracking and follow up – lozenge & mouthspray tracking and reporting
Adhoc support to client or management team – input like biweekly wins, management reports, adhoc requests from finance/reg/consumer care/retailers/KAM.
Main contact to suppliers and general adhoc requests both external/internal (such as audits, material room at office, cross brand activations)
Qualifications
- You have a relevant Bachelor's Degree.
- You have experience of working with the OTCs within the mass market area and with e-commerce.
- You are fluent in English in speech and writing.
Personal Qualities
To thrive in the role of Brand Manager you have excellent communication skills and can express concepts clearly and persuasively both verbally and in writing. You are highly collaborative with a strong sense of ownership and have strong organizational and time management skills.

Admission and Application
Full time, office hours. Our client wishes to start around 2025-01-20 and the assignment is expected to run until September/October 2025. For this role you can work around 20% remote. You will be employed by JobBusters as a consultant with our exciting client.
